Orders & Payments

Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for a faster checkout experience in the future.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.), and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Orders can only be modified within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to make any changes. Once the order is shipped, modifications are not possible.

Enter your coupon code in the 'Apply Coupon' field on the cart page or during checkout. The discount will be applied automatically to your order total. Note that coupons cannot be combined and have specific terms and conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary by location: Metro cities (3-5 days), Other cities (5-7 days), Remote areas (7-10 days). Express delivery options are also available for faster shipping.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,499. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 99 applies. COD orders have an additional Rs. 50 charge.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an SMS and email with tracking details. You can also track your order by visiting the 'Track Order' page on our website or by checking the 'My Orders' section in your account.

We deliver to most cities and towns across India. You can check if we deliver to your pincode by entering it on the product page or during checkout. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Some items like customized products, intimate wear, and sale items are non-returnable.

Log in to your account, go to My Orders, select the order, and click 'Request Return'. Choose the reason for return and schedule a free pickup or self-ship the item. Once received and verified, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, you'll need to provide bank details for the refund.

Yes, size and color exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size/color is not available, you can opt for a refund or store credit.

We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions during photography, and monitor calibrations. For color-critical purchases, please contact us.

Care instructions are provided on the product page and on the garment's care label. Generally, we recommend hand washing or gentle machine wash in cold water, drying in shade, and ironing on low heat. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

We offer limited customization for select products including length adjustments and minor alterations. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss customization options. Note that customized items are non-returnable.

Click on the 'Account' icon at the top of the page and select 'Sign Up'. You can create an account using your email address or phone number. Having an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout.

Click on 'Login' and then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered email or phone number, and we'll send you a link/OTP to reset your password. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team.

Log in to your account and go to My Account -> Addresses. You can add a new address, edit existing ones, or set a default shipping address. You can also update the address during checkout.
