7-Day Return Window
From the date of delivery
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Request a Return
Login to Your Account
Sign in to your Delhi Trends account
Go to Orders
Navigate to My Account → Orders and select the order
Click 'Request Return'
Select the item(s) you wish to return
Choose a Reason
Select the reason for your return from the dropdown
Schedule Pickup or Self-Ship
Choose free pickup or self-ship to our warehouse
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please provide your account details when requesting the return.
Exchange Policy
Want a different size or color? We've got you covered!
- -Size and color exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
- -Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- -If your preferred size/color is not available, you can opt for a refund or store credit.
